What if I already have a domain name?
No problem. If you don’t need us to provide you with a new domain name, we can instead manage and renew your existing one for you.
How long will my website take to create?
Although we will never sacrifice on the quality of our work, we will make every effort to create you the perfect business website in as little time as possible. You can expect to receive your first concept in around 3 days.
How do I make my monthly payments?
All payment are collected monthly via Direct Debit. You’ll be able to set this up electronically.
Do I need another web host?
No. All Evoke Designer plans include our fully-managed hosting, ensuring your website remains available at all times.
Will the website work well on mobile devices?
Yes. We have a really nice mobile solution and any updates you make to your website content in future will automatically appear on mobile too.
Does Evoke Designer do SEO?
Evoke Designer has a range of SEO partners that we can recommend to you. These partners specialise in content, Google Adwords, Google Shopping and SEO support.
What if I want a bigger site?
Need more space? No problem.
All of our Make Me a Website plans come with a recommended maximum number of pages, but you can always add more. Just discuss your needs with your Account Manager and we’ll build in the additional pages you need.
And don’t forget, once your site is live you can always come back in the future to refresh or expand your site – minor site updates are included for free as part of your plan and we’ll be pleased to quote for any more substantial redesign or expansion requirements you may have in mind.
Can I transfer my website to another provider?
We hope that you won’t want to – but since the site is built on our platform, you’ll only be able to transfer the main site content (i.e. all the copywriting made for the website as well as any personal images or logos you have provided). Any technical aspects of the design/layout or any images sourced from our Shutterstock galleries cannot be transferred.
Will my website be compatible with smart phones, tablets and other mobile devices?
Yes – all of our websites are conceived, designed and built with your mobile audience in mind, from the words and images we use to the way your content is arranged and displayed.
Our designers will code your website so that it is automatically optimised for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets of all sizes. It’s not just a shrinking of the content – we use cascading style technology which will give your mobile visitors the best website experience for whatever device they are using.
It’s incredibly important – that’s why we include mobile responsive design as standard.
